  Colby Caswell, a 4th grade teacher here, has made a point of stating that in all of his time as an educator, he's never seen any white students bully students of color, and that it's impossible for that to happen. However he states that he has seen plenty of white students bullied by them. A simple Google search of this man will bring up several articles of how, just a few years ago, he attacked a student and was arrested. Hope exactly do you feel about this man teaching your kids?
