  I signed a contract for this company to rent my property (a small house). Aimee was very enthusiastic about the property, diligent in answering my questions, and quick to bring the contract. However once the contract was signed, communication went south. I was very clear about my pet policy and yet the first potential renter she brought me was someone with 2 large dogs. The next possible candidate was someone with 4 birds. After 6 weeks she emailed to tell me I needed to drop my price. She took over 1 week or more to answer my emails. Don't waste your time on this company.
